For the past year, my family and I have been volunteering with Grassroots Grocery - a Bronx-based non-profit dedicated to advancing food security by expanding dignified access to food in the heart of disadvantaged communities. Your gift helps Grassroots Grocery reach over 1000 families every Saturday with fresh produce across 32 network sites, as well as support 7 community refrigerators throughout NYC. Best of all, Grassroots Grocery is trying to bring a community refrigerator to my very own MAMARONECK!
