Here’s what you can expect!
We’ll meet at 1315 Olmstead Avenue at 9am. Sheri and Larry will greet you at the most unconventional anniversary party you’ve ever been to. And we’ll get excited for our morning of impact!
1. Meet in the Bronx at 9am!
2. Sort and pack over 8,000 pounds of fresh produce!
We’ll work together to unload a truck filled with over 10,000 lbs of unsold produce rescued from the biggest produce market in the US. Fun for folks of all ages!
3. Make a delivery to a community in need!
At 10:30am (ish!), we’ll part ways and #driveouthunger. You’ll stop at one of 30+ pre-assigned community sites - where you’ll be greeted by a community leader who will distribute your harvest directly to neighbors in need.
